2 Microwave Chicken Dinner Recipes For Camping

During the summer, my family loves to travel and go camping. Our trailer has a stove, refrigerator and microwave, so I find recipes that do not require the use of a microwave to do for family dinners when we are in the camp. The following 2 recipes can be fully realized in the microwave and require less than 1 hour from start to finish. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle with parsley, mozzarella cheese and sliced olives on top. Place back in microwave and cook on high for another 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve over cooked pasta.
