2 Microwave Chicken Dinner Recipes For Camping

During the summer, my family loves to travel and go camping. Our trailer has a stove, refrigerator and microwave, so I find recipes that do not require the use of a microwave to do for family dinners when we are in the camp. The following 2 recipes can be fully realized in the microwave and require less than 1 hour from start to finish. You can also go the day before and bring to boil in the microwave if Sauce3 mushrooms desired.Chicken tablespoons butter (not margarine) 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced2 tablespoons finely chopped1 / 3 cup milk 1 brick cream cheese, cut into cubes1 / 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon base1 / 2 teaspoon table salt 1 / 4 teaspoon black pepper4 boneless, skinless chicken breastsIn a cast glass, combine 2 tablespoons butter, sliced mushrooms and onions. Microwave on high for 3 1 / 2 minutes, stirring half of cooking. When finished, add the milk, cream cheese cut into cubes, the chicken stock base, salt and black pepper. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring half of cooking. Remove from microwave and set aside. In the other glass baking dish, place chicken breasts and 1 tablespoon butter. Breast microwave for 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. Remove dish from oven and pour the mushroom sauce on top. Stir to mix ingredients and put back in the microwave. Cook high for another 3-4 minutes. Italian Chicken and Pasta Dinner4 oz noodles3 cups cooked spaghetti water1 / 2 teaspoon table salt2 tablespoons butter1 / 3 cup onion, finely chopped4-6 boneless, skinless chicken tomato breasts8 oz sauce1 / 2 teaspoon basil1 / 2 teaspoon oregano1 / 2 teaspoon black tea pepper1 / 4 cup heavy whip cream1 spoon parsley1 / 2 cup mozzarella cheese, finely shredded1 / 4 cup olive slicedIn big a glass bowl, combine noodles, water and salt. Pasta Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until fork tender. You want to mix the dough 2-3 times during the cooking process so that it does not stick. Drain and reserve. In a glass baking dish, combine butter and onion. Microwave on high for 3 minutes and then add the chicken breasts and cook on high for 10-12 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and cream. (I like to use a silicone spatula.) Pour the tomato sauce on the cooked chicken breast and cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle with parsley, mozzarella cheese and sliced olives on top. Place back in microwave and cook on high for another 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve over cooked pasta.

Campfire Cooking Recipes - 4 Great Camping Dishes Using Traditional Campfire Cooking Recipes

There's nothing like the fresh air and exercise you get in a hike or camping trip, to work in a very large appetite. But I do not want to spend ages preparing and cooking complicated meals, which makes it work. The whole experience should be fun, so if you can program some simple dishes for camping, you can make it much more enjoyable. Well with some traditional campfire cooking recipes, this can be a lot easier than you think. Try a few or even several easy recipes and see how much more exciting and interesting things to make your camping meals. BREAKFAST rolled oats and walnuts. Ingredients. 1 & 1 / 2 cups of oats, 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, a pinch of salt, to taste, 3 teaspoons baking powder ฝ cup chopped mixed nuts, 1 & ฝ cups milk , 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons butter Mix all dry ingredients (oats, flour, sugar, salt, yeast, nuts) and put aside, while Mix milk, eggs and butter. Pour this into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Heat Lightly grease a baking pan and at or before the fire. Pour about half a cup of pancake mixture into the pan and cook until bubbly and edges look dry, turn pancake over and cook until browned. Serve with maple syrup or similar. Simple spam LUNCH snack. Ingredients. 1 onion, 3 or 4 potatoes, (depending on size), 1 can of Spam, 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper to taste. Peel and chop the onion and potatoes into pieces about พ inches, and bake in a pan or skillet until tender. Spam cut into similar size cubes as onion and potatoes and add to the pot or pan add salt and pepper and continue cooking until all ingredients are crispy and spam is well heated. Allow to cool slightly and serve with some crusty bread and butter. Main meal Foil cooked Meatloaf. Ingredients. 2 pounds ground beef 1 egg ฝ cup breadcrumbs, ฝ a can of tomato soup, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients in a measuring cup or bowl until it meets and can be molded in the shape of a bread of your choice. Situated on a large piece of aluminum foil and wrap well, leaving a gap at the top of steam. Cook on grill over hot coals small พ fire for about an hour, turning if necessary. Serve with potatoes and vegetables of your choice. Will serve 4 people. Homemade Cakes Banana. For a quick tasty desert, simply split a banana over your skin leaving. Enter the brown sugar and butter in separate parts. Wrap in foil and cook in the embers of the fire until the sugar and melted butter on the banana. These are just some of the easy camping recipes and camping stove that can be tested as part of the kitchen fire. Just use your imagination and food available for you are sure you could come with much more than yours, and have some fun out of looking at the same time.
