BBQ Recipes (Barbecue Recipes) Are Part of Our American Culture

The history of use dates back to the grill years before the Civil War, when the pig is a very convenient food in the South. Unlike cattle, pigs have been for most low-maintenance, can be revealed themselves, then captured after the barbecue, where hordes of hungry came home from battle. While the first (semi-wild) pigs were certainly more difficult and requires more preparation of a modern day hog, have started a tradition of BBQ recipes which is still refining. While the pig has nothing to do with it or not winning the war, were killed and usually grilled in time for celebrations, and sometimes the whole neighborhood gathered for the event. Of course, some competition can take place, (BBQ recipes) to see who is the best tasting pork. This caused a lot of BBQ recipes strange, unusual, and tasty began to emerge. BARBECUE DEFINITION OF THE WORD: Although there are different opinions about the origin of the word, according to the publication (or the story in height) is heard. E 'likely that the word barbecue comes from the West Indian term "barbacoa," which indicates a method of cooking meat slowly over the coals. A grilled, of course, is a term applied to the way meat is cooked the meat comes from a pig or a cow, and the cooks of the Old West is known to slowly cook the sides of the meat to feed the hungry road crews. If these sides of beef has been slow cooked by the hardness or to experiment with a special secret sauce, you lose the sands of time. Or how and barbecue recipes are the cornerstone of American history. Speaking of history, barbecue was known to be present at political rallies and church picnic in 1900, since this was an ideal way to bring people to a political speech or of sinners gather for a meeting on Sunday the local church. Barbecue is relatively inexpensive, has enabled women to take their local barbecue favorite recipes, and often I would race to see whose recipe was the best. There are quotes from reporters, saying that the first barbecue was a way to unite people, regardless of class or economic status. Of course, when something becomes popular, especially in America, entrepreneurs come to see it as something that can be effective, was no different, with recipes and barbecue restaurants began to spring up (especially in the south) with his special recipe for BBQ each. Restaurant L 'in these days, it would be very different from the barbecue restaurant specializes in today. Most of these yesterday's barbecue restaurants, barbecue has morphed from a simple, often open only on weekends, and pay a competitive price for a plate of pork on the grill. Given that barbecue recipes have become big business in recent years, it is interesting to look back in history and understand the genesis began when one person (probably an old road) decided they were not willing to share their recipe Barbecue secret with anyone but family and friends. As America grew, so did the barbecue restaurant, with people traveling in the city, often around the country to visit the restaurant special, that of the whole world is talking about, "If you're in Memphis, you have to try barbecue at Rendezvous. Barbecue is as much a part of the culture of today as it was long ago in the days of the Old West, with the best recipes of barbecue is still guarded like gold.
