If you are a raw foodist in a partially raw food diet, raw vegan food, vegan, vegetarian or eat cooked food, this recipe is one of the best salsa it serves. If you are looking for a simple mango salsa recipe, I developed the basic recipe, mango sauce and cucumber to add to it a touch big. This recipe healthy ingredients is especially useful if you have a lot of leftover cucumbers from your garden or containers and are looking for a good way of putting them into use. The sauce can be used in many ways with other foods or simply used alone. Salsa is one of my favorite recipes from raw food. He served several times as a dish as a garnish on many raw food recipes. It can be used as a garnish on rolls of nori, flax crackers and a variety of raw food dishes, of course, can be used to accompany many recipes for home cooking too. For this recipe you can easily leave the cucumber and serve as a mango salsa. However, the addition of cucumber is a large plate. You can also try lemon cucumbers. Fresh mangoes are better, but you can not, Trader Joe's stores, among other things, put frozen mango chunks and can be used instead, thaw first. Not as good though. Organic ingredients are always best to use them if possible. Ingredients: cucumber, mango, lemon juice, orange juice, red onion, mint leaves are optional, and dried in the sun, sea salt. Preparation time approximately 10 minutes. Equipment: plate, sharp knife to dice and juicer. Using half English cucumber or equivalent to other varieties. Enough is enough. Toss in a bowl. Use 2 mangoes, without the skin. I cut through the cut on both sides around the hole and then cut the remaining parts. Cut the mango peel and place in bowl. Add 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice and one third cup of freshly squeezed orange juice - about half of an orange, depending on size, but the measure carefully. Finely chop small red onion and add to bowl. So if you have fresh mint leaves in my hand about half use a mix of your choice. Mint can be omitted. Add ½ teaspoon dried in the sun, the sea salt. Mix everything together. We want to ensure you have chopped cucumbers and mangoes. Authentic Mexican salsa recipes often use tomatoes, garlic, coriander and chili. But this works well with sweet mango sauce and cucumber if the love of a sweet sauce, this is a good and healthy recipe to try first if you're on a raw food diet or not.
