Home Made Dog Food Ingredients

Since I started cooking dog food for my dogs at home two years ago, everyone noticed and commented on how better they look, and asked me what are you doing differently. Since feeding dog food at home can see significant changes, such as fur coats shiny, more energy, and even smells better. Imagine eating the same chemical, food-filled day after day, for life. The accumulation of cancer-causing chemicals and preservatives that will ultimately affect your health. Consult your veterinarian or nutritionist before starting your pet a homemade diet dog food is always advisable. And enjoy a variety of Foos, so do our dogs. Be sure not to give your dog shot his new home made diet in an immediate change in order to cause stomach upset in most dogs. Gradually change mostly by day, increasing their food home, and reducing the old food. A good balanced dog food in the house that contain about 40% meat, 30% starch and 30% vegetable / fruit on a daily basis. In order to ensure a healthy and nutritious diet, just follow the basic formula for any combination of ingredients. Get a good book on dog food, specially written by an expert in animal nutrition, and read the correct kcal (calories) per day for every pound of your dog, so you will know exactly how much food per day. There is an excellent dog house for many food recipe books available now, especially since the dog food recall that killed many of our beloved pets. Many more people are making their own dog food at home because we have become much more aware of the practices of commercial dog food companies. Organ meats (liver, kidney, etc.) and, occasionally, add the eggs are good for your pet, and as we all know, the variety in our diet is always nice. There are three important elements to be included in the house of his dog, the dog food every day. 1. 40% of the meat - chicken, beef, turkey, venison or lean meat of your choice. 2. 30% vegetable / fruit combo - cooked and processed - can be used all vegetarian, a variety of cooked or cooked vegetables and fruit puree. You can use frozen, canned or fresh, if it is manageable and sale. 3. 30% of starch - white or brown rice, barley, oats, macaroni or other pasta, or potatoes. The quickest and easiest is to do what I call the dog stew. Everything you put into a pot and steam until cooked together. I use only a small amount of water to start cooking the meat, pasta and vegetables. Cook the whole lot into the pot and add water as it is absorbed. You do not want to be thick when done. Then use a fork and shred the cooked meat and shred all the vegetables into saucepan. Done and delicious. I also take a calcium supplement, along with a couple of teaspoons of flax seed oil, vegetable oil or rapeseed as a shower in the lines. The addition of iodized salt is also good for your dog in the amounts depending on the weight of your dog. Feeding two meals a day instead of one big one. Your dog food at home can be prepared in large batches and frozen in the size of a good service, ready to thaw and eat. Any hot food should be allowed to cool before serving to your dog. Usually leave the mixture on the counter for 20 to 30 minutes, and is near the ambient temperature below. Your dog can be upset stomach if you eat food that is too hot. Try it and see it's not as long as it sounds, once you get into a routine, and your dog live healthier, chemical free natural life.
