Desserts from Cooked Whole Grains: If You Like Rice Pudding, You'll Love These

Healthy whole grains may be present in every part of your meals: breakfast cereals, salads, soups, entrees and desserts. Try these recipes using whole grains and sweetened fruit flavored with fragrant spices.
