Once used to flavor food with salt, however, it becomes very difficult for all the pleasure of others. Many cooks are simply not aware of the various herbs that work with certain foods. It takes time to experiment with a variety of herbs and spices to learn where your taste buds want more. Once you begin to understand all tastes, however, can be more creative by using herbs and spices to enhance your favorite recipes and reduce salt tremendously.Note there is a difference in strength between fresh and dried herbs . Depending on the recipe, can make a big difference. When a recipe calls for dried, use that. If a recipe calls for fresh herbs is also best to use them. However, in low seasons, you may need to use dried herbs instead. Typically, you use half of what is known as the dried herbs are sometimes more powerful. Always err on the bottom.
